SUBSTANCE: method involves providing natural spawning in fish pond; before spawn becomes sticky, moving it out of fresh water by providing continuous acceleration of water flow; placing fish spawn in accumulating vessel containing isotonic solution and holding it for about 6 h; continuously mixing isotonic solution by means of pressure flow, with excessive amounts of isotonic solution being discharged into auxiliary accumulating vessel to provide for closed cycle. Apparatus has fish pond, water supply and discharge pipelines, netted conveyor, accumulating vessels containing isotonic solution and auxiliary accumulating vessel for receiving excessive isotonic solution to provide for closed cycle. Upper part of fish pond is made cylindrical and lower part is made in the form of truncated cone with flat bottom. Cone is mounted on flat bottom through supports defining slit for passage of spawn. Spraying device is mounted above lower run of netted conveyor. Accumulating vessels are positioned above lower run of netted conveyor and spraying device and equipped with branch pipes for discharging excessive isotonic solution and branch pipes for supplying pressure flows facilitating mixing of isotonic solution.
