PLOUGH COMPLEX, SUPPORT UNIT, PLOUGH SET, PLOUGH BASE, PLOUGH DRIVE, SHORT LOADER, GATEHEAD SUPPORT, MOVABLE MANIPULATOR

mining industry, mainly, coal extraction by complexes with powered support and ploughs. SUBSTANCE: plough complex includes support units, plough set, base with coal transportation facilities, plough drive, gatehead support and auxiliary equipment. Support units are installed with gaps in roof for location of base roofings at constant spacing in roof. Plough set has leaf chain closed in vertical plane and located behind cylindrical face guide of base. Slipping over leaf chain are guide sleeves, one of which have cutter holders and the other have loaders welded to chain goaf side on pole cutter links and slipping over base goaf guide, and on the other links are scrapers slipping over base conveying trough. Base has truss made of braces located from goaf side in vertical plane parallel to breakage face and connected by horizontal pins arranged in direction of advance and in bottom with base supports; and in top, with shaped brackets carrying upper guides and vertical bores for motion of cylindrical jackets with thrust hydraulic cylinders of base face roofings. Plough drive is made in the form of base semicylinder end section with reducing gear and sprocket and flanged to front wall of semicylinder whose lower part has window for coal discharge onto loader moving on double-flange wheels over tubular guides on platform on which sections of loader and power units are mounted parallel and immediately adjacent to one another. Gatehead support of supporting beam type is made of flange beams with self-propelled manipulator installed between beam flanges and made of tubes. Manipulator serves for beam installation and removal of face props of drift frames. Support unit has roofing with rigid guards, two skids of foundations, two balance beams interconnected by ties, advancing ram with beam. Thrusting means are made in the form of two props arranged in one row in vertical plane behind manway and inclined to each other. Stabilization means is made in the form of jack located horizontally and connected with its goaf end to horizontal shackle connecting both skids. EFFECT: higher productive cutting and transportation of coal, mechanized all operations on gatehead supports and in gates and constant manway in support. 8 cl, 6 dwg
