Zusammenfassung: | high-strength deformed thermally hardened welded alloys based on aluminum, particularly, of Al-Cu-Li system. SUBSTANCE: alloy contains the following components, wt.%: copper, 2.5-3.5; lithium, 1.5-1.95; zirconium, 0.05-0.15; scandium, 0.01-0.15; calcium, 0.001-0.05; chromium, 0.01-0.3; hydrogen, 1,5.10-5-5,0.10-5; at least one element from group including: magnesium, 0.01-0.6; manganese, 0.005-0.6; titanium, 0.005-0.009; vanadium, 0.01-0.115; boron, 0.0002-0.07; cerium, 0.005-0.2; iron, 0.01-0.5; and at least one element of group containing: zinc, 0.01-0.8; beryllium, 0.0001-0.2; tin, 0.005-0.1; sodium, 0.0003-0.001; nickel, 0.005-0.15; aluminum, the balance. Offered alloy features high characteristics of ductility, breaking strength, low growth rate of fatigue cracks and high technological ductility in cold deformation. Aluminum-base alloy is applicable in capacity of structural material in articles of airspace engineering such as welded fuel tanks for operation at temperatures from plus 23 to minus 253 C, various members of primary structure and skin of fuselage and wing, both, in compression and stretched zones of aircraft structures operating at temperatures ranging within plus 175 to minus 70 C. EFFECT: low mass of articles made from proposed alloy, their high strength characteristics and high operating reliability. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
