SUBSTANCE: mounted in body of vibration-proof hand-operated rotating machine is a drive connected with a spindle. The latter is installed in bushing with the help of bearings. Bushing and bearings are connected correspondingly with the body by means of flexible members whose rigidity is considerably lower than that of flexible members connecting the bushing and bearings to one another. Such design provides for low vibration intensity of the machine body. EFFECT: reduced vibration intensity of hand-operated rotating machines for wide band of frequencies to minimize harmful effect of vibration on an operator. 2 cl, 1 dwg
