Rod has conical section mounted for displacing spherical rod of end-position indicator for shut-off element as it approaches conical section of rod.. The latter is located between slot and loose end of rod. Valve provides for maintaining constant flow section throughout its entire operating range. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency of actuator; provision for indicating end positions of shut-off element. 5 cl, 5 dwg
