SUBSTANCE: proposed coupling with elastic blocks has two coupling members with holes accommodating elastic elements installed coaxially on shaft. Coupling has also even number of elastic elements, at least six. Coupling members are connected by means of projections and slots in form of corners, with equal even number of projections and slots, at least four. Support part of coupling is made in form of two replaceable bushings, one being nested in the other and made in form of hollow cylindrical cup. One of bushing in secured on shaft, and the other, on adapter of outer coupling member. Bushing are installed with clearance to provide displacement relative to each other. EFFECT: increased service life of diesel locomotive and reliability of its operation under heavy conditions. 4 cl, 3 dwg
