Automatic switch fixed on cover is adapted for switching off pump in the process of filling internal cavity with liquid. Permanent magnet is mounted in housing in opposed relation to stem stop. Float with adjusting weight is positioned between two stops on stem in housing. Cover attached to automatic device casing is provided with end switch which is turned off when stem is in its upper position. In this case, communication between internal cavity of hermetically sealed housing and atmosphere is established via openings, stem bore and hose to allow large amounts of liquids to be withdrawn even from deep cavities.
