SUBSTANCE: accessory drive box of gas turbine engine has housing cast of magnesium or aluminium alloy an accommodating units coupled by relative functional dependence. Common cast housing accommodates drive system of engine and aircraft accessories, oil tank, drain tank and oil unit mounting space. Free spaces between drives being parts of oil tank are interconnected and connected with tank. Larger part of passages of oil system, drains and breathing lines is made by channels in walls of common housing. Bushings for bearings are made of titanium alloy. Surface of these bushings is strengthened by deposition of titanium nitride by spraying. Cast housing and bearing bushing are finally machined in part, and accuracy of mounting of bushing in housing is checked by special measuring device. EFFECT: reduced weight of engine and its overall dimensions, provision of high manufacturability, repairability and reliability of gas turbine engine. 2 cl, 2 dwg
