SUBSTANCE: packer includes branch pipe carrying on its external surface seal in the form of flexible shell and expanding of cone connected with drive through tie-rod. Expanding cone is comprised of cylinder and expanding member concentrically accommodated in it. They are interconnected by disconnecting member for freeing of expending member from cylinder and lowering of tubing whose lower end carries installed plunger with sealing members for engagement with internal wall of expanding member whose internal diameter is selected to correspond to plunger external diameter. EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and reduced metal specific quantity, reduced force in packer installation. 2 dwg
