SEPARATOR FOR MULTICOMPONENT LIQUID MEDIUM

SUBSTANCE: separator includes drum mounted on hollow shaft and provided with set of cone-shaped trays supported by tray holder; means for preliminarily filtering separated multicomponent liquid medium, pressure discs for separating large-size solid fraction and finely-dispersed solid fraction; stationary supply pipeline and discharging branch pipes. Pressure disc placed in foundation serves for discharging finely dispersed solid fraction. Pressure disc placed in annular chamber under lid of drum serves for discharging large-size solid fraction. Trays are mounted in tray holder with their large base turned upwards. There is slime space between edge of tray set and wall of drum; said space is communicated with annular chamber. Means for preliminary filtration of liquid medium includes cone shaped fairing whose lower portion is placed in output opening of supply pipeline and whose upper portion is secured to wall of annular chamber; membrane filter fixed inside tray holder. EFFECT: possibility for increasing number of fractions separated from medium due to dividing its solid component by two fraction sizes, enlarged using range of separator. 1 dwg
