SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lipopolysaccharide isolated from cells Neisseria MENINGITIDES, serogroup B, strain N 125 shows enhanced safety after its administration in laboratory animals: low pyrogenicity (threshold pyrogenic dose is 0.0125 mcg/kg) and low toxicity (LD50= = 200 mg/kg). This improved safety pattern of the lipopolysaccharide preparation does not effect on its high immunogenicity and ensures to use its for induction of systemic humeral immune response both in parenteral and oral route of administration and in the broadened range of doses.
