Citric and succinic acid mixture dissolved in flooded acetone is added to the solvent before the third mixing in the amount of 5-10% to phospholipid mass when acids in the mixture are taken in (1: 1)-(3: 1) proportion in the amount of 1-2.5% to phospholipid mass. Phase division into neutral lipid solution in the solvent and phospholipids is performed with following phospholipid drying.
