SUBSTANCE: composition contains synthetic rubber, bitumen, asbestos and additives, colophony, group limestone, polytetrafluorethylene, wastes of cardboard and paper production, polyvinyl chloride oilcloth on nonwoven base, polyvinyl chloride oilcloth on paper base with corresponding content of components. Composition is prepared in preliminarily heated mixer by mixing components for 15- 20 min up to attaining composition temperature of 130-140 C. EFFECT: higher breaking strength, elongation and frost resistance with preserved other physico-mechanical properties. 5 tbl
