Zusammenfassung:medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing gallstone removed from the gallbladder or choledochus into device chamber in cases a residual calculus is found in patient choledochus. Patient gall is supplied to the chamber from a flask at a rate of 14 drops/min together with gallstone-solving medicinal mixture at 37 C and hydrostatic pressure of 120 mm of water column. Calculus solution is controlled in the chamber every 2-3 days. The data of its reduction in size, form changes, or fragmentation in several pieces are interpreted for predicting potentiality of its dissolving. Time from the moment of the medicinal mixture delivery to one of complete calculus dissolving in the chamber is determined and the given time interval is multiplied by 2 for predicting exact time in days needed for treating the patient. The device has transparent chamber connected to a flask having volume of 500 ml containing patient gall through a dropper unit and to a flask having volume of 300 ml filled with gallstone-solving medicinal mixture. Tube for discharging exhaust liquid has its end lifted 12 cm above the transparent chamber for creating hydrostatic pressure conditions. EFFECT: simplified, high accuracy method. 2 cl, 1 dwg
