SUBSTANCE: modifier is prepared in the form of solid unsticky compound which is easy to be transported and directly added to heated bitumen at rood- construction work site. Modifier compriser comprises, wt %: bitumen, 50-80 rubber crumb (which results from rubber production waste) predestructed in bitumen, 10-25; polydiene rubber, 1-5; polyethylene rubber or triple ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer, 1-10; mineral oil, 1- 15. EFFECT: improved properties of the polymeric bitumen modifier. 4 tbl
