Zusammenfassung:	emergency and rescue equipment. SUBSTANCE: damper includes gas-tight elastic envelope with inner cavity filled with air. Inner cavity of envelope is divided into two chambers of equal volume by gas- permeable elastic vertical rectangular partition. Outer walls of these chambers are formed by upper horizontal surface and two round cylinders of similar diameter which intersect along lower edge of partition; these cylinders are engageable with horizontal surface and are located horizontally and in parallel relative to each other. Upper edge of partition adjoins above-mentioned horizontal surface. Each chamber is provided with at least one adjusting valve, detachable joints and couplers. At one end, couplers are secured to partition by means of detachable joints along upper and lower edges; at other end, they are secured to envelope along generatrix of respective cylinder.
