SUBSTANCE: device has four-hinge parallelogram, which middle unit is designed as closing flap, and additional parallelogram, which is produced by pulley and consoles, which are provided on upper and lower units of first parallelogram. Pulley is mounted on axles, which are located on consoles. Axle of console of lower unit also carries connecting-rod end of crank mechanism, which crankshaft is mounted on output shaft of gear, which is located between axles of strut frame axes. Upper and lower units of four-hinge parallelogram are mounted on axles, which are arranged in pairs one under another on strut frame and flap.
