Zusammenfassung: | construction engineering; long structures (bridges and the like) mounted on sliding support of slipping. SUBSTANCE: method used for long structures (bridges, crane trestles, pipeline crossings, transport galleries, etc. mounted on sliding parts of supports involves assembly of support from its standard items of equipment including those relatively engageable with desired coefficient of friction; to this end, mating section is specially machined and metal sliding layer is attached to one of items in the course of pre-assembly; polytetrafluoroethylene covered sliding layer provided with lubrication socket is secured to other item; sockets are filled with lubricant during assembly. Novelty is that sliding layer is deposited on at least one item using gas-thermal method from polytetrafluoroethylene and/or metal components; items made of ductile nonferrous metal primarily that copper-bearing use polytetrafluoroethylene covered layer; initial thickness of deposited components is not less than 5% of effective thickness of given layer; then same metal components are deposited on this layer together with polytetrafluoroethylene ones in proportion no more than 1:3 are evaporated until desired thickness is obtained; metal components only better those of stainless steel are designed for deposition on metal layer throughout entire effective thickness which does not exceed 10% of polytetrafluoroethylene covered sliding layer thickness plus allowance for finishing to desired precision and purity of effective surface of this layer; procedure is conducted after termination of evaporation. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption for support manufacture; improved reliability of support. 4 cl, 7 dwg |
