SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution, its treatment with activated carbon and ready vodka is fed into finishing tank where a mixture of honey and milk thistle extract taken in the amounts 4.5-5.5 kg and 0.1-0.3 l/1000 dal vodka, respectively, is added. Preliminary preparing the mixture is carried out by the following procedure: honey is diluted with water in the ratio 1: 5, solution is stirred, heated to the boiling point, milk thistle extract is added, filtered, cooled and cooled filtrate is added to vodka. Combination of procedures and method of addition of components taken in their required ratios ensures to prepare vodka showing stable, antitoxic properties.
