For that, raw material is blown with air (15-30 h-1) at 130-160 C in presence of 0.01 to 0.5% of variable-valence metal salts with general formula (RCOO)nMe, wherein Me is Co, Ni, Mn, or Fe, n metal valence, and RCOO is acid residue of naphthenic, tall, synthetic fatty, colophony, vegetable and animal fatty acids.
