SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel acyl derivatives of guanosine of the formula (I) , inosine of the formula (II) , xanthosine of the formula (III) , deoxyinosine of the formula (IV) , deoxyguanosine of the formula (V) , inosine-2', 3'-(acyclic)-dialcohol of the formula (VI) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Values of radicals RA,RB,RC,RD, Y, Q and Z are given in corresponding points of the invention claim. Invention describes a pharmaceutical composition stimulating hemopoiesis and containing derivatives of guanosine or inosine or their salts as an active agent. Invention proposes also method of treatment of animals with cytopenia by administration of indicated compounds in effective doses.
