SUBSTANCE: described are new chemical compounds, more particularly (1,2,3-triazolyl)-1,2,5-oxadiazole derivatives of general formula I wherein R is NH1 or , and if R1 is H, then R2 is lower hydroxyalkyl, or if R1 is lower alkyl, lower hydroxyalkyl, aryl, then R2 is H, lower hydroxyalkyl or radical of general formula: -C(O)R3 wherein R3 is OH, NH2 lower alkyl or lower alkoxy. Said derivatives potentiate NO-dependent activation of soluble form of p guanylate cyclaze. Said 1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)- 1,2,3-oxadiazole derivatives produce selective potentiating effect on NO-dependent activation of soluble form of p guanylate cyclaze, widen range of specific regulators of activity of soluble form of p guanylate cyclaze.
