SUBSTANCE: described is mixed polymer plasticizer of N, N'-dialkylmethylene dinitramines, namely compound of general formula I: RNNO2CH2NNO2R (I) wherein R is CH3, C2H5 or CH2CH2ONO2, compound of general formula: RNNO2CH2NNO2R' (II) wherein R is as defined above, and R' is CH2CH2ONO2, (CH2)3ONO2 or CH2CH(ONO2)CH3, compound of general formula: R'NNO2CH2NNO2R' (III) wherein R' is as defined above, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: I, 3-7.6; II, 20-52; and III, the balance. Plasticizer is prepared by reacting mixture of two N-alkylsulfamates of general formula: R''NHSO3M wherein R'' is CH3, C2H5 or CH2CH2OH and general formula: R'''NHSO3M wherein R''' is CH2CH2OH and general formula R'''NHSO3M wherein R''' is with formaldehyde at molar ratio of 7: 1-1: 7, respectively and subsequently nitrating reaction product with mixture of nitric and sulfuric at lower temperature.
