Pseudomallei strain 100-16-1 deprived of antigen-8 as one of virulence factors. Infecting is carried out in dynamic aerosol installation of 0.29 m diameter at 0.15-0.5 m/s air flow rate. Aerosol generator performance is 30 l/min with air and 1.5-3.0 l/min with liquid. Infection time is 5 min.
