Located from the outside on the barrel-container in its longitudinal axis are a storage battery and an electrical connector for electrical coupling to the launcher. The storage battery is installed in a holder attached to the barrel-container by a member enveloping the barrel-container. The battery holder fastening member enveloping the barrel container may be made in the form of a clamp provided with an adjusting device of the force of radial loading of the barrel container. The electrical connector for electric coupling to the launcher may also be installed in the battery holder. The method of round assembly, consists in assemblage operations and installation of the storage battery and electrical connector for electric coupling the launcher outside the barrel-container in its longitudinal axis. At installation of the storage battery first it is installed in the holder, and then the holder with the battery is connected to the barrel-container and fastened on it by the member enveloping the barrel-container. At fastening of the battery holder radial loading of the barrel-container by this member to the reference level may be accomplished. An electrical connector for electric coupling to the launcher may also be installed in the battery holder.
