Rotating mechanism is made in form of mutually perpendicular upper and lower gears and swinging nut with screw tie-rod and control fork positioned on pump roller. Gears are of screw type. Lower gear includes swinging nut. The latter is provided with external recess in which vacant end of lock is arranged. Screw tie-rod hinge-connected to control fork is passed through swinging nut.
