SUBSTANCE: round billets are produced from preliminary cut sheets of preset sizes and welded by pulsed arc welding in medium of protective gases. Assembled multilayer package is welded up from both ends and subjected to heat treatment in protective medium at temperature of 1000- 1130 C with holding at this temperature for 20-45 min and subsequent cooling.
