Composition further comprises ethyl silicate, ratios of components being as follows, wt parts: novolac type phenol-formaldehyde resin, 7.5-42; urotropin, 0.8- 4.8; fibrous carbon material, 25-75; butadiene-nitrile rubber, 0.75-30; ethyl silicate, 2-15.
