Zusammenfassung:medicine, namely ophthalmology, surgical treatment of cataract. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear includes source of pulse laser radiation with laser lug and irrigation-aspiration aid fitted with lug. Working parts of mentioned lugs are positioned in frontal section of eye for removal of crystalline lens changed by cataract. Specified lugs in agreement with invention are inserted into space of eye through two separate cuts. Laser lug is being placed at angle from 1 to 180 degrees with regard to lug of irrigation-aspiration aid. Gear also has aid for concentration of acoustic wave induced by pulse laser radiation that falls on cataract-changed crystalline lens. It comes in the form of at least one hollow body which walls are made of material whose light absorption factor on wave length of laser radiation lies within limits of 0.001 to 10000.0 cm. Relation of length of specified hollow body to its inner diameter lies within bounds from 1 to 100. Aid for concentration of acoustic wave on cataract-changed crystalline lens is placed coaxially to irrigation-aspiration lug. It will be advantageous if gear additionally has aid to change front of acoustic wave and concentration on cataract-changed crystalline lens. EFFECT: prevention of plugging of aspiration channel, reduced traumatism of operation, consumption of irrigation fluid and time of operation, avoidance of overheating of eye during operation. 4 cl, 17 dwg
