Zusammenfassung:	military equipment, in particular, development of weapon and ammunition, applicable for defeat of manpower, as well as means for sustaining of combat actions, in particular, means for arrangement of ammunition on transport facilities, combat vehicles, their transportation to the area of training and combat actions. SUBSTANCE: the launcher has a control panel, baseplate positioned on the hull of the armored vehicle and rotational in the horizontal plane in the form of a rotary platform equipped with a turning gear and two uprights installed perpendicularly to the baseplate. The rocket discharges are made in the form of clusters with journals located in the holes made on the free ends of the uprights. The turning gear has a drive in the form of an electric motor, and the clusters are provided with a mechanism for turning in the vertical plane.
