Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	food-processing industry and medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding dry grass into particles of size not exceeding 1 cm; extracting ground raw material and condensing filtrate in vacuum evaporator at temperature of 50-60 C to syrupy consistency. Extraction of raw ground material is conducted in 3-4 stages by 20-30% solution of ethyl alcohol at ratio of raw material and solution of 1:15-20 and temperature of 30-40 C for 3-4 hours at each stage. Extract is filtered through sieve with size of cells not exceeding 0.3 mm. Extracts obtained at each stage are mixed. Method further involves condensing extract mixture till content of dry substance reaches 40-50%; drying obtained extract syrup in sublimation drier to obtain powder with residual moisture content of 5-6%. Method provides complete extraction of sweetening component from raw material. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and prolonged storage life. 2 tbl
