One rowed continuous suture is stitched with two threads in succession through the pancreas stump and the small intestine wall in radial direction with respect to the main pancreatic duct without capturing it. The adjacent ends of the opposite threads are tied. EFFECT: low risk of traumatic complications; avoided anastomosis inconsistency. 3 dwg
