Zusammenfassung:medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of fibrinolytic activity and thromboplastin inactivation index. If fibrinolytic activity value is decreased below 18 and thromboplastin inactivation index is decreased below 2.8 then 100-200 ml of 10-% solution of albumin, mannitol, 1-1.5 g/kg; lasix, 6-8 mg/kg; and euphylline, 3 mg/kg are administrated by intravenous dropping route. Xymedone is given orally in a dose 0.5 g, 3-4 times per a day for 10 days. EFFECT: improved rheological blood properties, decreased total peripheral resistance, normalized renal circulation. 2 ex
