SUBSTANCE: device has polytron 1, differential amplifier 2 which input is connected to collector plates 3 of polytron 1, analog-to-digital converter 4 mounted on the output from differential amplifier 2, memory unit 5 which input is connected to the output of analog-to-digital converter 4, data processing and recording unit 6 which input is connected to output of memory unit 5, timer 7, two galvanically insulated antennas 8 and 9 for non-contact reception of signals of fields under study connected to deviating plates 10 of polytron 1 and multichannel controller 11 of boundary conditions which channels are connected to functional plates 12 of polytron 1 for forming the corresponding segments of electronic beam trajectory. Output of timer 7 is connected to controlling input of analog-to-digital converter 4. To provide working under conditions of electromagnetic action, the device has transducer 13 of electromagnetic field phase which output is connected to zero input of timer 7.
