Zusammenfassung: | medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking venous blood sample before taking off arterial cord from cubital veins of extremity under study and contralateral one. XIIa-dependent fibrinolysis duration, VIII factor, plasminogen, antithrombin III activity, ADP-induced blood platelets aggregation amplitude are determined. Vascular endothelium reactivity index is calculated using a formula Z= 35.325EDVD-2.901DELTAXIIa-3.768DELTAVIII+8.022DELTAPL-2.76DELTAADP- 2.211DELTAATIII where EDVD is the value of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation (%), DELTAXIIa is the XIIa-dependent fibrinolysis duration increment (%), DELTAVIII is the VIII factor activity increment after performing cuff test(%), DELTAPL is the plasminogen activity increment after performing cuff test (%), DELTAADP is the ADP-induced blood platelets aggregation amplitude increment(%), DELTAATIII is the antithrombin III activity increment (%). Z value being greater than 179.027, no atherosclerotic vascular injury is to be diagnosed. The value of Z being less than 179.027, atherosclerotic vascular injury is diagnosed. EFFECT: high informativity and accuracy of diagnosis. 2 tbl |
