Zusammenfassung:meat industry; drying smoked sausage and other meat products; drying fish products. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes use of return air flow and laying-on of supply flow. Air is supplied to area of product to be dried from below; laying-on is effected at distance equal to half height of working zone of drying chamber. Supply of air is effected by means of pyramidal one-sided nozzles having vertical wall on side of laying of jets and inclined wall on side of working zone.
