Removable netted basket is positioned on bar and frames. Elbow rests are made in the form of U-shaped bracket with support. Support having base and cushions is smoothly joined to footboard with feet support. Support has foot backs and retaining belts. Wheel chair is adapted for rolling over open grounds with hard covering, and may be used for indoor and out-of-door transportation of invalid children or children with cerebral paralysis.
