Zusammenfassung: | waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns regeneration of acidic aqueous media to remove iron, chromium, nickel, titanium, and other ions, in particular regeneration of galvanic electrolytes and acidic waste waters. Such media are treated with chelating agent based on chitin, chitosan, or their derivatives, after which liquid phase is separated. Treatment is performed by filtration of aqueous medium through acid-resistant container filled with indicated chelating agent, whereupon thus obtained chelates are subjected to sorption treatment with solid polymers having acid groups, which polymers were preliminarily treated in sulfuric-chromic acid mixture. Once liquid phase separated, solid polymers are immersed into solution of acids such as acetic and hydrochloric acids. Material of solid polymers can be polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, their copolymers, polyvinyl polymers, and their derivatives. EFFECT: increased efficiency of purification of media and regeneration of high-concentration acidic electrolyte solutions, chelating agents, and solid polymers involved in purification. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 12 ex |
