METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED MATERIALS FROM LIGNOCELLULOSE RAW MATERIAL

SUBSTANCE: method for production of laminated material from lignocellulose raw material from timber or agricultural plants of wood or non-wood species consists in crushing of lignocellulose raw material, preliminarily water- saturated, compression in a continuous- acting press, heating to the temperature of thermal decomposition, not exceeding 260 C, at a pressure exceeding the water vapor pressure at a reheat temperature. Throttling of the raw material is carried out through spinnerets, nozzles, values and other throttling devices for not longer than 0.1 s; in this case liquid water-water vapor transition occurs. Then, hot pressing of the obtained destructed wood pulp into laminated or longitudinal materials and articles is accomplished. EFFECT: enhanced quality of laminated materials due to deeper thermomechanical destruction of cell structures of lignocellulose raw material without increasing the process temperature. 3 cl
