Zusammenfassung: | study of thermophysical properties of solid materials, materials possessing heterogeneous properties inclusive. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in heating of specimen surfaces at movement of platform with specimens and heating unit relative to each other and monitoring of temperature, determination of surplus limiting temperatures for calculation of the unknown quantity of thermal conductivity. The novelty is in optimum selection of a number of interrelated operating and design parameters in the process of pretuning of the device for measurements for attainment of the maximum accuracy of measurements, minimum influence of arbitrary distribution of power density according to the heating spot on specimen surfaces and arbitrary shape of the section of temperature monitoring on the results of measurements. The invention provides for measurement of thermal conductivity within a wide range from 0.006 to 250 W(mK) with a total error not exceeding 2.5% at confidence coefficient of 0.95.
