Palladium catalyst is positioned on at least part of catalyst carrier containing material selected from metal or alloy and metal provided with oxide coating. Carrier has channels for passage and incomplete combustion of gas mixture which average mass temperature is lower adiabatic temperature of gas mixture combustion, and catalyst temperature is lower conversion temperature during thermogravimetric analysis of palladium catalyst.
