Zusammenfassung:	materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower covers. Inner space with cylindrical rollers uniformly spaced over diameter is made in one of covers. Rotor with outer and inner teeth is placed between rollers. Number of outer teeth is less by one than that of rollers. Inner gear rim of rotor encloses output turnable shaft and comes into meshing with teeth made on shaft. Holes uniformly spaced over circumference and shifted in phase are made in covers. Holes are pointed to each other and are connected by grooves in each cover. Grooves are connected by main lines with holes in upper cover through which liquid is delivered and removed. Output turnable shaft forms rotary manifold together with guide surfaces of upper cover. Manifold serves to deliver liquid to hydraulic cylinder of load-gripping mechanism and to let out the liquid. Flexible damping member is installed between support surfaces of output shaft and upper or lower covers. EFFECT: improved mass and dimensional characteristics, high operation reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
