SUBSTANCE: when developing deposit, the latter is exposed by producing and injection wells according to triangular grid to create areal 13-point reverse development elements with six wells in each concentric row. In late phase of development of nonuniform multipay deposit, strata with high and low permeability are marked. Heat carrier is injected to provide thermal-steam formation treatment in cyclic mode. Each cycle is performed in three steps. In the first step, heat carrier is injected simultaneously through central injector and through each second producer of outside ring into low-permeation strata. The rest of producers are used to take away product from all strata. In the second step, producing wells of outside ring, through which heat carrier was injected, are switched to take away product from low-permeability strata. On the contrary, producing wells of outside ring, through which product was taken away, are switched to inject heat carrier into all strata. Amount of heat carrier injected in this step is equal to amount of heat carrier introduced into development element in precedent step. In the third step, producers, through which heat carrier was injected into low-permeability strata, are switched to take away product from the same strata and product is taken away from all wells into which heat carrier was injected.
