Zusammenfassung: | processing of polymer composite materials. SUBSTANCE: mandrel has-load-bearing member made in form of pipe with outer form-shaping surface. Load-bearing member is provided with bearing trunnions located coaxially relative to it. Trunnions extend beyond ends of load-bearing member and are connected with this member by means of radial fins. Load-bearing member is provided with form- shaping members made in form of bell-mouth shaper and/or circular groove shaper located on bell-mouth shaper or on form-shaping surface of load-bearing member. One bearing trunnion is provided with circular bore for lock of detachable device. Forming surfaces of load bearing member and bell-mouth shaper are formed by taper and/or cylindrical surfaces. Forming surfaces of load-bearing member and bell-mouth shaper are located in such way that larger diameter of each taper surface is made on side of trunnion with circular bore Circular groove shapers are made in form of profiled rings split in sectors. Their forming surfaces include taper surfaces forming triangular in section with round-off vertex; they have circular bore of forming surface and radial holes in each sector. Sectors are secured on outer surface of bell-mouth shaper or load- bearing member shaper by means of studs made from low-strength material and fitted in radial holes of sectors. Studs are crimped by circular binding made from wire or braid laid over circular bore. Mandrel has inner cavity which may be easily blown, thus facilitating fast heating or cooling.
