Zusammenfassung:low-voltage displaying equipment, in particular, design of screens, digital and alphanumerical indicators, universal boards for displaying of arbitrary information. SUBSTANCE: state-of-the-art device has two flat glass panels, including front transparent plate and substrate with electrodes, which comprise emitter and anode and are covered with conducting layer and luminophore. Anodes and emitters are designed as two combs which are inserted into each other. Emitters with connectors are located in upper substrate plane. Anodes and anode lines are arranged in two grooves, which are cut in substrate on the upper side with given height. Free space of grooves of anode lines is filled with dielectric material, for example, fusible glass in order to produce plane surface, which carries connection emitter lines. Grooves are produced by means of liquid etching. Topology of protection resistors is produced by means of photolithography. Then, manufacturing involves deposition of emitting and conducting layers, production of emitter lines, active structure of anodes and emitters of light-emitting cell by means of etching emitting layer and glass hollows by given depth using windows in conducting layer. Then, manufacturing involves plasma deposition of conducting layer, which contacts anode line, removal of photo resistive material with deposited conducting layer and deposition of layer of low-voltage fine-grained luminophore.
