SUBSTANCE: device has transducer body with inlet and outlet holes, impeller positioned on axle in space of body at least one magnet installed in upper part of impeller, and counter mechanism enclosed in body and interacting with impeller magnet. Device peculiarity is in that impeller contains internal cylinder to which two external cylinders are secured by means of stiffening ribs. Lower cylinder carries impeller blades. Magnet and counterweight are mounted on upper cylinder in special sockets. Internal cylinder of impeller is provided with through hole. Impeller is mounted on axle loosely for axial motion. Construction of impeller increases device resistance to hydraulic impacts. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement. 3 cl, 3 dwg
