Water and water mixing chamber with confusing tube, length of constant section and diffuser is mounted coaxially to additional nozzle mouthpiece. Overflow conduits are provided with shut-off members, are located in length of constant section of steam and water mixing chamber and connect it with ring space communicating with branch pipe of feed of passive medium.
