SUBSTANCE: device has pins arranged in pairs over circumference and provided with flanges bolted to those of chamber casing; other ends of pins are inserted through holes in casing flanges into holes of internal rings of ball-and-socket bearings mounted on flame tube. Holes in casing flanges are conical in shape and receive hemispherical bearings whose faces support butt ends of pin flanges in a spaced relation to faces of casing flanges. Stacks of plate springs are inserted between faces of bolt heads and those of pin flanges. Spring stacks inserted between pins of each pair under bolts are rigidly fixed in position and those mounted on external sides of pairs are secured more loosely. Bushings of different lengths may be installed in spring stack holes between bolt heads and flange faces. Shorter bushings are fitted under bolts located between pins of each pair and longer ones, on external sides of pairs; springs have large outer diameter.
