SUBSTANCE: in order to purify sewage from suspension of polymers, flocculation is first carried out using as flocculant carboxy methyl cellulose sodium salt or aqueous polymer solution based on butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in at 70:90:10-30 ratio in amount of 5-55 mg per 1 g of polymer; the resulting mixture is stirred by air bubbling, aluminium salt which includes alumopotassium aluma is added in amount of 55-73 mg per 1 g of polymer. Invention makes it possible to simplify technological process due to using simple production equipment, to eliminate lump coagulation and reduce amount of agents used.
