SUBSTANCE: windmill has case, shaft, and windwheel with blades mounted for turning about their axes; fixed at roots of some blades are levers with castors engageable with disk fixed to wind vane and hinged on shaft; in addition, windmill is provided with centrifugal speed governor, platform mounted for vertical displacement relative to disk, and rod engageable with platform and with centrifugal speed governor slider; it also has tilted plates providing articulated joint between platform and disk; platform covers 50% of disk area their interface coinciding with wind vane plane. EFFECT: improved stability of output shaft speed independent of wind velocity. 1 dwg
